Tanning Tips
Prepairing for your Airbrush Tan
-
Exfoliate the day before your treatment to remove dry, flaky
skin that causes uneven tanning.
-
We suggest shaving and using a body
scrub 24 hours prior to your spray.
-
The day of your appointment
your skin should be clean with no heavy lotions, oils or perfumes.
-
You should remove all makeup and use deodorant
very sparingly.
-
You may tan in the garment of your choice,
but you must have at least a thong underwear for women and boxer
trunks for men during the spray.
-
Please come in loose dark clothing to leave
in (no jeans).
-
DHA solution should wash out of most clothing.
-
Again, (DO NOT WEAR JEANS) TIGHT CLOTHING CAN RUB OFF OR SMEAR
THE BRONZER.
Maintaining Your Airbrush Tan
After your
spray tan sessions avoid activities that may cause you to sweat and
absolutely avoide getting wet for at least 6 to 10 hours and the
longer the better.
You don't want to stop the
tanning process. It is better if your first shower after the spray is a clear
water rinse off except pits and privates. This will allow the tan to continue
to process. You will see some of the bronzer rinse off in the shower,
don't panic (that is the bronzer we see to spray and is normal to
wash off).
Applying our tan
extender each day after the spray will prolong your tan and keep
your skin in tip top shape.
Do not take long
hot baths or showers and avoid high clorine from pools and jacuzzis
as they will fade your tan faster. |
